Meet Laura - Founder of Croacrei
I started my career in a beauty startup, diving headfirst into the fast-paced, ever-evolving world of FMCG. That experience gave me a real appreciation for its dynamic nature and ultimately led me to recruitment - where I’ve spent over a decade connecting top talent with leading brands.
For me, recruitment is all about people and finding the perfect match - for both the candidate and the company. Seeing someone succeed in their new role, watching a business grow, and knowing I played a part in that journey is what I am most proud of.
